1927 Harley Davidson J project pics.

       

Started some assembly this weekend.  I also visited a friend that owns a 1929 D.  I love the stripes on his bike (bottom picture) and hope to duplicate them on mine.  Chrysler's flame red matches the stripe exactly.  The gold is actual gold leaf.
