Indian board track racer tribute.
I built this a couple years ago from an old Schwinn 10spd. My original plan was to make the tank out of metal. The cone shapes on the end were keeping me from finishing it. I got the idea a few nights ago to 3D print a tank! I had to print it in several sections because of the limited size of my printer which is 8x8x10. What you see in the pictures is the tank still in several pieces and raw plastic. I plan to epoxy some strong magnets inside the sections and then glue them all together. The magnets will hold it onto the bike.
The orignal post on this bike. My latest creation.

Velocity stack for the Benelli 125.
I have been struggling to find a replacement for the stock air cleaner. The Dellorto ME 18BS carb has a funky design. I purchased a 3D printer the week before Chistmas. After a few test prints I came up with this dual stack design. I also made a single stack version. I will get some pictures of that later. This part is in its raw form. I was thinking of priming and painting it silver but, I kind of like it raw.

Benelli wheels.
Bead blasted the rear sprocket and cover. I then painted them with Eastwood's cad paint. Next was a few hours with some rags and Mother's aluminum polish.

Oiler for my 1927 Harley Davidson model J.
After my unpleasant experience with Carl's Cycle Supply I managed to find a replacement oiler.
Got it apart, degreased and bead blasted. Now it is off to Tom Faber's shop. Missing is the sight glass and seal. Tom has the glass and I'm hoping he can come up with a seal. Completion Distributing sells them.

Made a new tachometer mount for the Benelli.
This is much better than the stock bracket. Allows me to center the tach, angle it towards the rider and get it lower
