My dad's 65 Corvette.

My dad bought this 1965 coupe used in 1966.  It was born with the 327ci 365 hp engine and a 4-spd.  These pictures were taken in 1976 and 1977.  He added the big block hood, fender flares (Gratiot auto supply) and the front spoiler.  I believe when these pictures were taken the car had an LT1 from a early 70s Camaro.  He still owns the car but it now has some larger flares and a different front spoiler.  It has been painted a black cherry color.

I didn't get many pictures this year. It was drizzling most of the time and started to rain by mid afternoon. We got to see some qualifying runs and a exhibition run by Don Garlits in a front engine dragster. The two tone Willys is my dads car. Fresh from being painted. Next up will be a pin stripe and then the interior.
