I picked this up a couple weekends ago at the local flea market.  I got it and a 1970 green girls Suburban for $50.  I had to put tires on it.  I changed the bars, seat and front wheel.  I also added the rear brake calipers from the Suburban.  The Collegiate comes with 26 rims and a 5 speed.  The 27s and the 3-spd are the way I got it.
