Just spent a bunch of money getting a fresh coat of paint on our house. It was built in the late 1860s by the owner of the local lumber yard. It was quickly sold to the owner of the local drug store and stayed in his family until we bought it 10 years ago. Still mostly original on the outside. The interior has been reconfigured a couple times but most of the original lathe and plaster, moldings and floors are intact.
