I have been putting my 27 Harley together for a few years now. It turns out the rear cylinder has a crack running around the valve seat and cannot be repaired. I have been searching for a replacement cylinder since Matt discovered it last fall. Having no luck finding a used replacement I turned to Stuart Ritchie. Stuart has developed new replacement cylinders for J and JD Harley Davidson motorcycles. The pictures are of my raw castings. Matt should have them by the end of next month. Check out Stuart at
